New Year, Clean Slate!

In the recent survey (see findings report below) you told us you were fed up with the fly tipping on the old ‘car park’ in Llangwm. Today, (Mon 22nd Dec) we have cleared the mess and now need your help in making sure it doesn’t happen again.

See it! Record it! Report it!

Pobl are responsible for that area, so if you see any more fly tipping, please take pictures, and report it to Pobl straight away:

  • at The 104 on Broughton Avenue or
  • email: info@poblgroup.co.uk In the ‘Subject’ bar please put ‘Llangwm Fly Tipping’

We have now applied for funding to the Landfill Disposals Tax Community Fund; and will hear if the bid was successful by the beginning of March.

The Nature Connections Penderi project will:

  • improve the pathway that connects Llangwm with the lane down to Broughton Avenue
  • create ‘growing spaces’ for food and wildlife
  • make the area more ‘playful’

If we can all do our bit to keep each other informed and work together, we have a better chance of changing behaviours and making the area a nicer place to be for everyone.
